Is there a measurable difference? You don't have any corresponding temperature, O2 levels, or any measurements at all. Before you claim success, show quantitative evidence.Kevin Nhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02037681529573002965noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3563547827245437706.post-36911372378320395152010-12-14T18:30:02.303-08:002010-12-14T18:30:02.303-08:00This looks great. Concern about smoke and length of start up (oven to temp) times. I am very interested in techniques that can address both of these areas.
If interested, I have shared my oven building and cooking experience at http://www.ozarkdreams.com/ The site needs some updating but hopefully it helps "spread the knowledge".
Cheers
MikeUnknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02199241704226009150noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3563547827245437706.post-6357250353402095822010-12-08T17:49:44.311-08:002010-12-08T17:49:44.311-08:00Great post. Do you only use this door for firing, and have second door for cooking. You have some great stuff about cob on here, would love you to check out our plans for cob ovens. www.traditionalarts.com.au.
